24-Hour Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is necessary please give 24-hour notice or you will be charged a $35 fee for the session. Emergency cancellations are determined at the practitioner’s discretion.
Payment is expected at the time service is rendered, unless other arrangements have been made prior to service. Cash, credit card and check are gladly accepted. We provide direct billing for motor vehicle accident insurance claims only. For all other claims we will gladly assist clients in filling out the appropriate forms. A 3% service fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.
Scheduled Session Policy
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times. Sessions that start late because client arrived late will still end as scheduled and will be full price. We believe in prosperity and honor the 75 minute hour, so adjust your schedule accordingly. Healing takes time.
If we need to cancel an appointment, we do so within 24 hours whenever possible. If an emergency arises and we cannot keep an appointment, we provide a 10 percent discount on the client’s next session.
For non-emergency cancellations of less than 24 hours, the next session is 1/2 off..
This office supports a non-smoking environment and a greener world. We do burn incense and herbs on location.
Sexual Harassment Policy
Sexual harassment is not tolerated. If the practitioner’s safety feels compromised, the session will end immediately.
Financial Assistance Policy
Financial assistance is available to those with financial need. We offer an income assistance clinic each Wednesday from 11AM-7PM for massage. Folks that have the means are asked to pay our full-rate so we might offer affordable services to anyone in need. Seriously, if you're in pain, let's do some bodywork! Call and speak to a therapist directly, before setting your appointment.
